I'd say play small stakes to get more experienced in counting/using bs/etc. and add your winnings to your BR. Besides that, just have your normal job and add the money you save to your BR.

Nothing WILL happen. It's just an indication on how much the pittboss and surveillance are watching you. If you'd be playing at a real casino you'd already be kicked out I guess!
