Which ones are known to stop players for "abusing" bonuses. I play at a few monthly and was wondering if anyone had an idea of which sites are quick to stop players who just claim bonuses...

I completed the WR at BeTheDealer and I've got the 8800 dealer points that I'm autoplaying with. One question I have is, why do they take such a large % of each hand, it takes about 9 cents for every $5 hand. That is 1.8%, that is much higher than the house edge of .08% so how is this supposed...

Any opinions on them? The WR is extremely high but that I've gotten killed playing there, it seems inexplicable...any thoughts?
