Unfortunatly most Swedes don't know of any other rules. They actually think this is the way the game is supposed to be. And when it comes to knowing how bad the odds really are, they don't have a clue.

In Sweden the government set the rules for all casinos. In this case 17, 18, 19 ties are won by the dealer. The official reason is that not as many people should become addicted to gambling this way. The only casinos that don't have to use this rule are the ones run by the government itself. So...
