I saw an interesting one there last night. At a $25 min table a woman had $37.50 left and bet it all and hit a BJ. The dealer, who had been doing a good job, called the PB over to see what the payout should be. The PB said "Pay her $75". Since there were no $1 chips at the table, I guess...
