In NJ, looking for decent $5 tables

I found the Shufflemaster machines at Harrah's Chester at the far end of the room from the entrance from the parking garage. As you enter the room and look all the way down, the machines are past the circular bar and to the right. I'm pretty sure there was a $5 machine back in mid-May...hope...

In NJ, looking for decent $5 tables

Harrah's Chester has a $5 Shufflemaster machine... Harrington in DE has super low limits at tables before 1100... Otherwise, you'll have to settle for $10 or higher mins. p

    Aruba Casinos

I tried the Jersey Shore a couple of years ago--boy did it seem like a different country!! This time, thought I try a place more like home! I know the rules aren't the best, but do you have more specifics on the "rumors of being dishonest?" Appreciate the help. p

    Harrington, Del

Other DE casinos are better The Delaware casinos are closest to me, also. According to Emily, my (un)trustworthy GPS, Harrington is actually closest, but as Aslan said, it's pretty horrible. I much prefer Dover (much more "upscale") and will also go to Delaware Park and Penn National...

    New "ish" tables at parx

At the small casino in DE, there's a table that is 8D shoe (don't remember the rest of the rules, but standard DE rules). As the dealer takes the card out of the shoe, the card gets "read" and it shows up on a small (less than 8x10) screen at each box. The screen totals the cards and also...

    Responses you've made to ploppies.

While playing in Germany this week, I think the lady next to me was trying to tell me how to play--I just didn't understand any of it!! Finally, I replied, "spreche english?" and never heard another word!
