Actually, you have missed one If a player doubles up when winning instead of when losing, the resultant martingale is a positive progression. I mentioned this in the previous thread, and it was promptly sloughed off with a vague comment about progressions, and a quick change of subject.

What happened to the positive martingale? Uh, we seem to have wandered off into some rather esoteric progressions that make no sense to this poor rookie. If the subject has changed, then why not the thread?
