From what I have been told by friends who have been there, and from various websites, you don't go to Costa Rica for blackjack. You go for the Birdwatching. I hear some of the National Parks are beautiful.;)

It depends if you are under arrest or not. If you are then they will check your ID. If you are not under arrest you don't have to show anyone anything and are free to leave. Technically this goes for police too...but if you tried that one they would probably create a reason to arrest...

Where would someone find the traynor vs. bojack argument? Is it still on the forum somewhere?
