What I would do is take the room, but stay as far away from the casino area as possible. I would keep ALL documentation for this comped room. Then I would wait my usual 6 months before going back to play on a different shift. My saved documentation would be my "ace in the hole", just in case...

It's not all that uncommon for a casino to rescind a barring and invite the patron back (seldom for APs). I'm no attorney, and I could be wrong, but an offer of a free room sure sounds like an invitation to ME! False arrest lawsuit, maybe??

I've DONE it! :grin: There's a time and a place for almost ANYTHING. Hitting hard 20 at the proper time always results in a gain of about 15% or more in EV. :)

Yes; but unlike in the US, where a copy goes straight to the IRS; it stays at the casino and is only available for inspection by governmental authorities upon request.
