I'm Australian. Most of the casinos here are all CSM on the main floor with a couple of shoe games in the HL rooms. There is 13 casinos here and the distance between each one is very long, so it is hard to get decent hours in with the travel involved and limited opportunities.

I agree with that. Quite often, dealers are standing idle at an empty table. Some ploppies are intimidated playing one on one against the dealer, so the table is getting no action. AP's often prefer heads up, and sit down. Once the plops see someone playing they sit down and throw their bets...

The example i gave was for a 1-8 bet spread with a $200 max bet in mind. If you were spreading more you would be making a change to your smaller waiting bets by betting less at<TC2 than in the 1-8 example.

I was in Macau a month ago. I visited a few casinos while i was there and to give you an idea, all of the ones i saw were very similar and had CSM, 6D, S17, DOA, DA2, SPL3, NRSA, ES10. The better ones may have RSA, but i never saw that rule from the casinos i visited.
