Say I count cards but to keep the heat off me i'll just bet one amount every time and play the cards depending on what my count is. I'd imagine this wouldn't give me an advantage but how much would it increase my odds? Thanks

Thanks for the info. I'm a really low roller though so, i'll prolly bet like $10 when the count is really high :) I jump in and leave right away all the time. If i'm up even if its by $50 I like to stay that way.

For example, I stand and watch (count the cards) until the deck is highly in my favor. Like +20 or something and then sit down and bet like $100-$500. And leave the table after I play. Will I get a lot of unwanted attention if I do that? My goal would only be to do it once or twice and...

I would imagine they would be illegal everywhere. Thats a hefty fine and what is it up to 10 years in prison? Not something to mess around with, unless the computer is imbeded in your skin or something heh
