This strategy card includes four different levels of strategy for a version of Deuces Wild video poker known as NSU Deuces. The NSU stands for "Not So Ugly", a name coined by video poker luminary Skip Hughes to reflect the fact that the game has a decent return in spite of the important 4-of-a-kind payoff being 1 coin less than the full-pay paytable. That deficit is compensated in part by more generous payouts for 5-of-a-kind (16 coins) and straight flush (10 coins) hands. The result is an excellent 99.73% return with optimal play.
This card is also appropriate for the Deuces Wild paytable that reduces the Quint and StrFlush payouts to 15/9, a game that returns 98.90%.
Though this game does return less than 100%, it often provides ample opportunity for playing for comps and cashback. In many gaming jurisdictions, this is the best game available. It's also a fairly simple game to play once you've practiced a bit.
The card starts with a simple beginner strategy and adds further details on each panel, until the advanced strategy allows you to play almost perfect strategy.
This is one card in a group of nine for various games, all created by video poker authorities Bob Dancer and Liam W. Daily. These are absolutely the best quality strategy cards available. Also available here, the entire set of nine cards.
