Recently sold, Fontainebleau, or what I call "the big blue monster", is once again in the news, with a new completion date of 2020 ad a new name of "The Drew" oddly named after the new owners dead son. 
The story also suggests that Resorts World Las Vegas, just up the street also now has a completion target date of 2020. Color me skeptical that either project will open in 2020. But if it were to happen, somewhere in that timeframe, it could be the beginning of the long awaited North Strip revival. Again, after a decade of hearing this talk, I am in permanent "I'll believe it when I see it" mode.
