in a hole card game the deviation 15v10 at TC4 is a stand.
15v10 in a European no hole card game at TC3 is a stand or TC4?
I have seen both and i also cant really explain myself why there should be a difference.
is it maybe an edgy decision like TC 3,5?

Hole card vs no hole card makes no difference for hit/stand indices. This is because, if the dealer goes on to reveal a blackjack, then the decision was irrelevant anyway. For HiLo, the index is 4 in both cases.
