Planet Hollywood is now using several tables with NO ASM AND Preshuffled cards. Now someone go ahead and tell me how in the hell do i know whats in the 8 deck pack now? Not one person on the floor could give me an answer. The best answer I got from the drone pit boss but i have no idea if he was understanding me was that they use the ASM from another table and then bring the 8 deck pack to the table without the ASM. LOL.

Im honestly done. The shadiest property Ive ever seen. Play at your own risk at Planet Hollywood. Ive never seen a property who uses preshuffled cards that DO NOT use an ASM. That is mind boggling. Ill be there at 4am to see the exact procesure theyre using and if theyre indeed bringing 8 deck packs back and forth from tables. Absolutely ridiculous.

You watch them open a sealed pack of cards.

So much for watching them open a sealed pack of cards, unless you want to stalk the pack around the casino.

What dont you understand that it comes PRE SHUFFLED. Doesnt matter if you see them open the pack of cards. Theres no ASM on these tables so NO ONE knows whats in there.

You really are slow. If it is still sealed from the manufacturer then it went through the inspection at the factory. The manufacturer could be held liable if it isn't a full pack and people lose or the casino loses. That means it would be really stupid to sell imperfect packs of cards to the casino.

If you are so sure everyone is cheating you then this is not the business for you. It is good to be paranoid and use due diligence against cheating but you shouldn't play if you can't be sure of your advantage. Casino cheating is rare. Just play at the big casinos if you are worried about it. Cheating is usually at small casinos. But even that is rare. The big boys have too much to risk.

From what I witnessed in the past no they are not sealed at Planet Hollywood, but that was whem each table had an ASM. Ill be there at 4am to see what theyre doing for the non asm tables. Maybe those non asm tables will come sealed.

If they don't crack the cardboard box seal then it is suspicious.

I can say that one specific casino I know of has the graveyard dealers do this "pre-shuffling" early in the morning. And it's done out in plain view on unopened tables where you can watch.

Zenking has too many conspiracy theories for my liking. Pre-shuffled Chinese cards, ASM's, Mobbed up Las Vegas, God hates him, Everyone is out to get him and that he is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

I haven't looked into them all. I don't play Planet Hollywood. So I have no idea if Planet Hollywood is cheating by removing or adding cards. I would suspect not.

BUT, whoever came up with the idea to do away with the procedure of showing the cards, a procedure that is about transparency and protecting the integrity that is the cornerstone of the gambling industry, is an idiot. Horrible, HORRIBILE decision. And in the name of saving a couple minutes.

This is just another of many examples of a decision made by some business major, in the name of pennies, who doesn't understand the gaming industry and what it is all about. Integrity and transparency of that integrity are the cornerstone of this industry. They lose that and they are done. Preshuffled cards is an arrow in the heart of that transparency and integrity.
