Banned Card counter not allowed into casino to play in the UK open poker tourament

about the scottish banned card counter not allowed into the casino to play in the UK open poker tourament, I wonder if other banned card counters else where have had the same problem when they have tried to enter a poker tourament in a casino that they have been previously been banned in?

I know that in the WSOBJ, the Golden Nugget relaxed the ban on a lot of the professionals so that they could participate. I seriously doubt that they allowed them to sit at the cash tables though <LOL>.
