for the most part the penetration is not good and the rules are bad, but there are some exceptions. bet victor has a game where they cut off 2 decks out of 8 and have reasonable rules (initial house edge of .5%). 5dimes has a game with a .2% house edge (lots of favourable rules including ES10), poor penetration but a .3% rebate on all action which combined with the liberal rule set is quite nice. you can also take advantage of match deposit bonuses.

please note a lot of the match deposit bonuses are pretty bad. some cannot be cleared or even used on live dealer games, others require 200x rollover or more for live dealer games, many have a time period in which it must be cleared (such as a week or even less) or you lose the bonus and any subsequent winnings. it is very important to read the terms and conditions.

Well there is a lot of luck in counting too. You could be playing a winning game, but losing, or just not playing a winning game.
