King's Bounty Optimal Strategy

#1
I have come across the following king's Bounty side bet...4,6,9,20,30, 100, 1000 for a 6 deck game.
I would like to use hi-lo to beat this bet and not optimized systems specifically for the side bet because I do not want to stop counting the main game because the max bet on KB is low. When does KB become positive EV for the hi-lo? I believe it's at +8 but I just want to make sure before I begin to place bets on it. Also, is CVCX able to run simulations for side bets?

+8 sounds high... I would estimate it at 2x your insurance index +1.
That seems to be the conventional wisdom. I have CVCX coming in the mail. Once I become proficient with the software I will try to run my own simulations.
Colin Jones supports your stance in this video here
Elito Jacobson says the trigger point for the ten count is 8, which is very skinny if you can't get much money on the bet. I think it's barely better than break even at that point. You can take a look at his analysis here. https://www.888casino.com/blog/side-bets/card-counting-the-kings-bounty-blackjack-side-bet-6-decks
I will run my own simulation eventually and get back to you.

APHEAT numbers are correct and I have found him to be credible, accurate and aggravating. He made a living doing these analysis.

Why would you think running your own simulation will produce improved results?
