Royal Caribbean Cruise BJ

#1
Hi all,

First time posting =) Been reading for a few months now

I have been learning advantage play for about 4 months now. My initial plan was to be sharp by my 21st bday in June of '03.

Lucky for me, I'm taking a short 3 day royal caribbean cruise on the 8th. Fortunately I am old enough to play bj in their casino. Even though I am not as sharp as I want to be, I have been practicing for almost 2 hours a day since I built my bj table and I want to have a trial run on the cruise. I estimate that the conditions will be poor due the lack of competition, but I am looking for some actual conditions. So if anyone can tell me what the bj is like at sea, I would really appreciate it.

thanks,
-eric

I don't have exact rules-conditions, but its likely to be poor shoe games, so plan to 'wong-in' at +counts and exit on -counts. How much$ will you bring to play/risk with? zg

about 200 dollars I'd say...I realize that's not enough for a red chip minimum, so part of the ideal conditions that i want is a game that is a 2 or 3 dollar min. If I wong in I might be able to survive at a 5 dollar table with only 200.

YES, wong in at +2 w/ 2hands of $5, if its allowed, or 1hand of $7.50 - if its allowed BUT others at the table do NOT like you jumping in/out IGNORE THEM UNLESS THEY WILL PAY YOU TO PASS A JUMP IN (min $5 paymt each time you want to jump in and the others don't want it) - use your youthfull demeanor to get away with murder. If you get to $300 resize your bets upward. zg

What happens if you get 86'd? Do you get read the Tresspass Act? Walk the plank? Bring a lifejacket and a Global Positioning Tracker just in case.
