Wanted: UBZ II Pamphlet

The other day I posted a request for help selecting a count after many years away from the game. I used to play Zen, but I'm looking for something less taxing since I'll only have time for a trip or two per year. I play mostly pitch games, and it struck me that UBZ might well be the ticket, but I can't find the pamphlet available anywhere for sale. I used to own one, but it was thrown out in a move. Does anyone have a copy they'd be willing to sell? I don't need any info on the count, I just need the full 2-Deck indices (I don't have CVData to generate them myself). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link. Those look like heavily rounded 2-deck indices and composite 1-8 deck indices. If I'm going to play mostly 2-deck, wouldn't I be better off with complete, precise 2-deck indices?
