Wonging out on 2 Deck Blackjack

#1
Do you guys wong out on 2 deck blackjack the same way you do at 6 deck???

I think it is more obvious on 2 deck if you are wonging out....but at least you don't have to sit through as many hands if you don't.

Please let me know what you guys do on 2 deck as far as wonging out. Thanks!

I think you just sit out not Wong out at 2D table. I have been with this AP. I just hate him. When TC drops below +1, he won't place a bet. I keep wondering when the pit boss will come and kick him out. But sometimes pit boss is just too busy or doesn't know counting.

If you can sit out without heat, just skipping hands, like after a losing hand, can be effective also. For example if you skipped one out of every two negative hands your effective net minimum bet would be halved.

It would be nice if all the threads here were about blackjack, but, of course, that's asking much too much of a ... blackjack site.

I'm trying to clean it up. Mr. Fun and Mr. Grifter, please do not respond to one another anymore

Another thing, in really good to 2D games, is to frequently avoid betting your minimum bet after the shuffle.

For example, let's say you just won two max bets on the final round. The worst thing to do is to immediately drop down to your minimum bet for the come out round. Often times, I will make the two max bets again off the top...and if the deck stays relatively neutral I will continue to make those same bets until they are lost.

If instead, I won one max bet and lost one on the final round, I will leave that single max bet out and wait until just about the last moment before the deal, and then casually split my single big bat into two smaller bets.

I am going to try this method once the casinos open back up.

Back to the OP's original question.
I would never wong out the same way on 2D as 6D. Yes you are right...it is much more obvious when wonging out on 2D.
And for sure, do not try to stay seated at the table skipping hands on a 2D table. If you must wong 2D, then get more creative.

Skipping hands is absolutely doable, depending on bet size and venue. The OP knows that I was not providing a rigid hard-and-fast instruction rule...
.... When it comes to cover, it is as much art as science.
