Link?

According to a GWAE podcast a couple months ago, the guest said he was barred from the card club in Commerce.

Vegas cant legally trespass you as well at least not for counting. You have to be causing a disturbance or be disorderly. Only thing they can do is ask you to leave each and every time. I already confirmed that in Paris. They 'trespassed' me twice now.

It's all a bluff. Read the Wilkinson court case

Excluding at will is very different than being formally 'trespassed' and is basically a backoff, which any casino in the country can do to you.

Even if they try to trespass you for counting, it's not enforceable in court and will just be dismissed. For them to 'trespass' you they would be violating the very statute they have on the walls inside their own casinos, which is NRS 463.0129, which states access of the public to a gaming establishment cannot be RESTRICTED in any way. The statute does say it does not limit the casinos ability to 'exclude' you for any reason, which is what youre getting at, but that is a backoff not a 'trespass'.
