"Arithmetic Average" or "Quadratic Average" ?

I would like to hear opinions of expert statisticians.

For example, average betting amount per 1 round should be

“Arithmetic Average” or “Quadratic Average” ? Why?

AA, whats the qf have to do with this

The artithmetic mean is the arithmetic mean, and the quadratic mean is the quadratic mean. Can’t imagine why you would use quadratic means. Unless you’ve invented a sine wave progression and want to know the RMS amplitude.

Norm,

I have had one question for long time, I just wanted to know
what is the background statistical theory of using “quadratic average bet”
