The majority of our orders are shipped on the next mailing day after you place the order, although there are occasions when a shipment may be delayed by one or two days. If you require delivery by a specific day, I encourage you to call customer service at 601-310-4112 to work out the details.
Be aware that delivery services are often slower during holiday periods, so please plan ahead.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. Any item may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the shipment date of the order.
If you need to return an item, please contact us to coordinate the return. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue a full credit for the purchase price and original shipping cost of the returned items. The return credit will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase. You are responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning items.
