I'm under absolutely no obligation whatsoever to pay Westland Bowls [aka LiquidChips -zg], Westland Bowl's brother or even any of Westland Bowl's ridiculous aliases a dime. And that my friend is an absolute fact of law.

The money that was "invested" with me was Westland Bowl's Mother's money. Moreover, it was perfectly understood and memorialized in writing, and from the very start that all funds in my care and control belonging to Westland Bowl's Mother would be paid to Westland Bowl's Mother.

Just in case anyone was not aware, Westland Bowl's mother unfortunately passed away not too long ago. Now there's a couple other little caveats in all this that no one on this site or any of the other sites has paid even the slightest bit of attention to even though they were right under everybodies collective noses the entire time.

1) The fact (not speculation) but fact. Westland Bowl is an Auditor for the City in which he resides. and 2) Given that fact, Westland Bowl [aka Liquid Chips -zg] knows full well that any money that I have or may have had care and control over is by law subject to collection and distribution through the Probate Courts of the county in which Westland Bowl's mother resided.

Finally, all of you armchair attorneys can go back to watching re-runs of Perry Mason or at the very least get a life!!!

Does the fact that he got the money from his mother matter? I'm not well-versed in law, does Cipher have a point here?

whoa slow down a minute. i thought Liquid Chips uhm er "invested" the money.
his mother didn't "invest" it. right?
Cipher only learned that the money came from Liquid Chips mother's funds after the fact. right?

So he's going to pay the money to the guy's mother's estate?
Hmmm, that could be a valid recovery strategy, combined with Postal complaint. That way, even if LChips does not receive full value from the estate, the debtor must pay or be exposed. zg

He has no point. Zero. He'd be far better off paying the $17,000 owed than sticking to this line, which may end up costing him the entire amount contacted-some $80,000.
Not that it really matters,I doubt he has cash to pay either.

m***e* f*c***!!!!

I can't believe that this c**t Cipher has the brass bollocks to even attempt to justify his position. It's patently obvious that he doesn't have the money he owes to Liquid Chips and whoever else he is in debt to. The w**k*r is rapidly running out of options and like a cornered rat is lashing out in desperation.

LC needs to persue legal recourse not least to expose this conman to the wider world. He will ruin more people if he is not held to account and made to pay.

I can't believe there have been 7 threads (at least) started about this loser!

its big news!
the other sites have had the same kind of response.

one thing I find interesting is the endless variety of posts and posters.
... unfortunate mistake reminding everyone about ciphers weight, the bass-playing santa, reading SirWilliam58's posts it sounds (in my head) like an actual knight, Zengrifter, who like a junkyard dog, wont let go of a theif, DamienDunlap, from Compton isnt afraid of anything but his momma.
then there's cipher, who is still trying to buffalo other posters.

its got the elements of a costume party, just waiting to happen.

I have dibs on the chick in green.

I never bothered to point out why Cipher's forum activity looks so high when he brought it up in the past, because it was really a non-issue. However, I'll now point out that he has the forum software set with a very long activity time threshold.

If you've visited the site within the last twelve months, you're probably included in the "Current Active Users". Yeah, right.

I wondered about that.

Now, explain this apparent anamoly, if you please -

Ken, to further get off-topic, have you ever thought of merging blackjackinfo and blackjacktournaments into one site? I didn't even really know that bjt really existed, and it seems that having both together would produce a more "synergistic" effect, critical mass of users, more cross pollination, yaddayadda?

Funny that Stalker used that chart. Here's the Alexa comparison comparing blackjackforumonline.com with qfit.com:

It indicates that qfit.com has more visitors than BJFO.com even though qfit has no forum at all and bjfo heavily advertises on Google. What's this mean? Nothing. As Ken points out, Alexa rankings are notoriously inaccurate. Considering that statistics is so important in BJ; use of such poor stats is quite funny. But, let's humor him a touch more. Here is the "correct" Alexa comparison between blackjackforumonline and blackjackinfo.com (not bjinfo.com):

If we're going to post meaningless charts; let us at least post the correct meaningless charts:)
