Best comps for table games in AC?

#1
Hey do any comp-conscious players have an idea which stores in AC offer the most valuable comps for table game players? Hopefully something with cash back, or some other valuable I can take away from the casino. Short of that, easiest RFB, weekend rooms etc. would be appreciated.

For comp points (for food and merchandise):
Best - Borgata
Mid - Tot Rewards
Worst - Trump

Room offers seem about the same with all of them.

The comps at the tropicana allow to be spent at their stores that sell clothing and jewelry and such, at hafl value and at jacked up prices. but they do allow it. I think trump has a catalog you can order stuff from. The trop has a cool hat store that sells lots of fancy crazy pimpin hats, id take a hat over a meal anyday.

Im not a comp conesuer but at the trop i have gotten 40$ meal comps playing 150 a hand for only 45 minutes before, that to me seems very generous.

Trump marina has a deal where you get free parking if you simply posses a trump one card, i dont even use my card anymore and they have given me free parking liek 50 times, so if you see a card on the ground make sure you snag it up.

Thats all i know as my previous comping experiance consists mostly of free pizza from sbarros at the trump casinos ande turkey burgers form the hilton

^Actually, I thought the opposite. Isn't AM the king of the free gasoline comp?
That's right, Foxwoods comps are a fantastic deal, about a quarter of the EV from play. I've gotten thousands in gas cards out of there, and between my SUV and my boat they get spent.

For AC I was actually thinking of another form of AP, where the added value of comps would be beneficial.

I'm not aware of any AC casino offering cashback to table players.I stick mostly to Harrahs as the comps are good in Vegas as well.

I would actually disagree with the best. To convert your points into electronics, really anything at the Borgata, I think the prices and converting your points is a ripoff. For example, a digital SLR Sony a100 camera costed me 2137.86 points, including 7% NJ tax. At most stores it costs only 700+tax. Harrah's is probably the best to use, since you can get a giftcard at any of the chain stores at The Piers or The Shoppes at Ceasars (though has 2 for 1 conversion) and usually dont get "sale" prices at the stores.

Yes, Foxwoods seems to have the best deal: a 1.75pt for 1 conversion for gas cards and the limited store gift cards (macys, lowes, cvs,.) One can predict that eventually Foxwoods may allow its points be converted into vouchers used at other MGM properties (Vegas), similar to the co-brand of Borgata of Boyd and MGM.

Sorry AM, no cash back for table games directly.

And, as we know, all places give points based on (a simplified formula): 15-25% x average bet x time play (in hours)

Trop has a promotion for march where you can get cashback from any form of play by accumulation points towards cash back in increments of 25$

Its titled march madness on the promotion menu and according to the website when you attain enough points, you can claim the cashback, i play all blackjack and iv been colecting points toward it so i guess its a form of cashback for non slot play? Though id let you guys know.

i will say in my experience, borgata seems to be very generous with the amount of comps they give out (maybe i just rathole very well ;)). i probably rack up about 50 pts a trip there (over about 5-6 hours of play). then again i try and play there most often as they have the best off-the-top rules. but as stated above, you will pay more for stuff at the borgata than at other places (food is 2 for 1 conversion). on the other hand, given multiple free room offers from various AC casinos, i take the borgata every time given how much nicer it is than the strip casinos.

Say I have 1000 dollars in comp dollars on my card at Borgata.

Can I just get the cash back or some form of it instead of spending it at the Borgata shops?

Cash Back

The Harrahs casinos had a rare one time opportunity to get your cash out of your account.

You had to withdraw your money on a specific date. I went down to Caesars on March 1 and withdrew over $900.

That was the first and only time that I know of that any casino has given you the opportunity to withdraw you comp $$$$$$.

I tend to combine my free room offers, so I get 3 or 4 days in a row in AC. I find that Harrah's is in the marina is also a nice casino and the Showboat is kind of a gem, at least the hotels, on the strip.

I just switched from playing at Trump casinos to Harrahs, mainly because I want to build up some play time before I go to Vegas. I am staying at Paris in Vegas. How good are the comps at Harrahs for table games? Do they offer you Vegas rooms for playing Harrahs AC? I will start playing there for future Vegas offers also if thats the case. Thanks

My buddy has offers from Harrahs for Vegas through his AC play. He is platinum level, the 2nd level of three.

It is a small point, but the full restaurants upstairs at least - Bobby Flay, Seablue and the like - accept comp $ 1-for-1. Starbucks requires 2-for-1, and perhaps the food court downstairs is the same.

Yeah, but they are priced at least twice what they should be.

you are correct, sir. Pete (the sommelier) at Bobby Flay can definitely help you get your bang for your 1-to-1 comp buck with the wine choices there. Downstaris court is indeed 2-for-1.
