You could just look at EV tables (Archive copy) instead of running a sim.
I’ve heard it said that at 4 SDs BELOW expectation you can justifiably start to wonder if you’re being cheated.

You can see where the cut card is.
As cards are removed from the shoe, the cut card moves toward the front of the shoe.
At some point, you can’t see the cut card anymore.
How many cards are left to be dealt?
