The answer to this cannot be generalized between "big" and "small" casinos. It simply varies from place to place, regardless of the size. I've seen "big" casino call out and sweat "green action" and i've played in "small" casinos that didn't bat an eye when they lost $4k on their $100 max tables.

I will second this. Harrahs is very efficient and definitely ahead of the game. They send out lots of email offers, something I also felt most casinos weren't doing enough of given how fast and convenient email is.

The $25 freeplay when you play through $50 at Riviera is gone though so that negates the $10 mp included this year. Plaza MP and FP coupons also appear to be gone. I think some AC coupons fell off as well.
