They play face up 2D at El Cortez, was the best rules I could find while I was there (even have a couple of $3 tables). You will get heat if you are a counter and they are quick to backoff players.

$25,000 for a ROR of 3-5%? That doesn't sound right. Would someone with the software that calculates this run the numbers for me? If you are saying you are only getting 50% penetration, I would find another game. I am finding out real quick that penetration is huge! I have found some dealers on double deck games that only cut 20-25 cards off.
