Aslan, thanks, will do BJ Avenger, help me understand why this card thickness is not an issue. It seems between various casinos that it could change the TC in high counts when most of the cards are in the discard tray.

Working on my counting. How many cards are still in the shoe (6D) when the cut card just disappears under the front top part of the shoe? That could be a check on the estimation of the decks played and verify the true count vs the running count Thanks :)

Just use Hi-Lo. Saw a post here the other day that HI-Lo was fine for DD. But that is the count I use regardless. It seemed that most of the time the TC was less than 1

I was in an area that had 4 casinos in NM this weekend. They all had DD with a pen of 50% plus/minus. Played hi-lo in 3 shops and lost in all of them. Wondering if the pen was part of the problem??

In "Blackjack Attack" by Don Schlesinger he lists 7 indices that are considered Risk Averse. He calls them the Catch 22 Indices. They are: 8v5, 8v6, 9v7, 10v10, 10vA, 10,10v5, 10,10v6, Are their any more that should be considered?

Flash: Since it is a $10 table. The min 2 hand is 2x20. How does that effect TC = 0 & TC = 1? If they change does that effect all the TC bets?
