Yea, I was calling it intuition but you better stated it as just not in conscious awareness. While obviously imperfect, I think this is the case based on what is now a fairly substantial body of evidence..

Thanks for posts.., makes sense that a mere betting system, even one with some intuitive appeal as a positive progression, is just a mirage on its own right. Having seen more than just a few successes with it though, I guess I am wondering if some players are very intuitive of the count...

THAT is very interesting. Seems like this strategy at least provides SOME math, albeit not the optimal degree of it, AND a definite hedge against the overseers. I have 'seen' some big success with a similar approach in a few big casinos in Vegas in the last few months, for some serious dough!

Funny, JustMe, but it seems like your posts, and I would imagine those of others too, get smacked by a few of the 'veterans' who don't agree with them. Even with the math on their side, perhaps anyway, I wonder why such an edge in the responses..?
