Hello guys. I from Poland and i couldn't find at my country any professional forum about BJ or if they exist they are dead at this moment. So my question is about counting card. In polish casinos when the dealer is giving cards first five cards are "burned"(he is moving them out from the game) and in this situation counting card is also possible? or this option make it impossible. Please give me some advice cause i ve got no clue what to do. I will be pleased if you help me. Best regards.

no koby, you just consider those burn cards as unseen, uncounted cards that are part of the cards behind the cut card.
so it's just like, say if the dealer leaves a deck and a half behind the cut card, well in your case where five cards are burned, it's a deck and a half plus five cards behind the cut card, sort of thing. or whatever the case may be.
the rest of the cards that you can and do see are countable and those are the ones you base your considerations on as far as what you know about the conditions of the remaining cards to be dealt.

I am counting Hi-low system and i am learning Uston but i am wondering about one thing. Maybe little simulation. I am standing near the table at casino place and observing and counting a game and the sum of card is plus 2 is it good moment to approach the table or plus 2 is to small sum and i should wait to have a sum around plus 3 to approach the table and have more possibility to take big cards? When do you approach?
Probably the rules of Bj are the same as in USA maybe the difference is only with those 5 burned card at the begin of game. What else. No surrender it could be a difference.

This is the reason why i am asking about best moment to approach maybe your knowledge give me some very good advice.

Thanks all for your replies. So the game is on 7 decks. True count means that i am counting and approaching only at the moment when the sum +? or i am wrong. I am really sorry for my questions but this is the only forum where people have huge knowledge about this game and only from here i can learn something. Like the guy said previously i am new at this game i am trying to learn it quickly and your advices help me in this case.
