5 card charlie

In my belgian casino they pay 3/2 for a 5 card only when its a winning hand,2/1 for a six hand and 5/1 for a seven hand.Does this increase my edge significant when i play basis strategy(never go for a fifth card,only when basic strategy allows)

I don't think that's a "charlie", but something different - "Charlie" implies the hand automatically wins because it hits five cards.

...though I suspect it may reduce the number of times you would make marginal splits with small hands.
