a couple questions need answered please..

I can help you. Indices is basically any changes people make to basic strategy based on the count. Penetration is about how much the dealer goes through the deck before he shuffles (if it's 70% pen, then he goes through 70% of the deck...) and S17 means that the dealer must stay on 17 or higher

and S17 means that the dealer must stay on 17 or higher

S17 means the dealer stands on all SOFT 17, i.e. A6, A24, AA5.
H17 means the dealer MUST hit all of these hands, in doing so the dealer will tend to make a better hand than 17 and beat you more often.
