Hi to everybody!
I am new at his forum I want to share my withdrawal proces in get21.com
I registered to there by using 10 USd free members bonus , than I made it 51 USD and want to make a money withdraw directly to my Neteller account but after two days they didn' t finalize my process

after that I will share all the e-mails between us , you will see it .. if they send my funds that will show they are a fair firm otherwise ....

this is the last e-mail which they sent with my reply :

yesterday you sent me an e-mail that it will be OK in two business day . but now you say up to 72 hours ??



51 USD is not big money but if you say it will be OK in two business day you have to do .

May be after 72 hours you will say up to 5 days ..7 days..etc..



If you want to be a part of this market your behaviours must be trustable to your customers

You didnt think to pay the clients who no deposited before ..so it is a fake ..!
May be you didnt pay to your deposited customers.. While I registered an account at your firm certainly I believed ... I thought that you are a fair firm before ..

Now you ask to me why am I think this and I am writing : 51 USD not big money if you appearing to pay this , I dont want think how you will pay 2000 USD , 5000 USD ? may be after years ...

you are adding new sentences every day at first you said there is problem about My Neteller account than I changed it , than you said it will be OK in 2 days , after 2 days you added it will send to Neteller 2 days but Neteller will pay to me in 3 days .... etc...etc

I know Neteller rules I asked to them , They said if a firm want to pay in a day to their customer they can make !! if they want to pay in a week they can ... Neteller does not interest this ..

No I am very sad , I am angry to myself ..because I killed my time...

From what I have read it sounds like he is withdrawing to Neteller, in which case he probably won't get it for a while!

But yeah, if this is your first casino, get used to these delays. Just keep pressing and they will pay you. Although I would not touch an online casino right now, the risk is not justifying the reward anymore.

Sorry for the late reply, I have just seen this thread.
Congratulation for your winning I see that all your funds had been sent.
I just wanted to mention that I am very proud on the fact it took only 3 days, we have a very complex system to detect frauds. Whenever a new player want to make a withdrawal he needs to send all the documents to verify he is an adult(18+), live in the address provide etc.
