An Open Letter to Casinos

#1
Actually, I would like to see a section on the Forum consisting of members "Open Letters to Casinos".

They could be signed or unsigned BUT should not contain impolite things.

Here is my first contribution:

SPEED THE HELL UP!

On a recent trip to Downtown Vegas I noticed the many dealers were Sooooo--- Sloooooooow...

Not only did it drive me nuts IT'S GOT TO REDUCE PROFITS BY A HUGE AMOUNT.

I saw dealers dealing at only about 30 hands per hour, horrible!

By asking (demanding) dealers to deal at a decent rate, you could easily offer games with a lower HA AND STILL MAKE MORE MONEY! You could also have fewer tables (fewer dealers) ~ less overhead.

SPEED UP AND MAKE MORE PROFITS!

The above scenario of the super slow dealer is a detriment for the house as its inherent handle is lessened per hour. It is also an impediment to the AP for the same reason; however it would a cash/comp cow to the solid BS player who can manipulate the system. So it all boils down to your point of view.

To callipygian:

Nope, started several places when I sat down.

To BJ Bob:

I see your point. Does help the go-for-the-comps players.

Does anyone have any feedback on the idea of making a section on the forum for this kind of thing?

Thanks for your comments, Bruisedlee

Nice idea. But...................

My suggestion, don't talk to the casino, exchange no info. No good will ever come of it. Be invisible.
