2nd: You sit down immediately, placing min.bets each round while waiting for the counts to increase. Once it comes, you bet heavily.

Based on these 2 situations, which is more better? or gives more advantage?

Back Counting. But there are some reasons you can't do it. No mid-shoe entry, crowded tables, etc.

With back counting, you avoid playing -EV hands. You also avoid large bet spreads.
