Baccarat Tournaments

Here are some basic baccarat tournament strategy tips:-

1.Play conservatively at the start of the tournament by placing low wagers and try to avoid losing chips as much as possible.
2.Choose your betting position as it matters a lot in the tournament.
3.You can make note if the number of decks used are more. But try to do the calculation in mind if the number of decks is less.
4.Manage your bankroll to balance your aggression in playing.
5.If you encounter winning streak you should raise the wagers and if you are in a losing streak lower the level of betting.

You should read the book by Lyle Stuart on Baccarat.
"Lyle Stuart on Baccarat: Foreward by John Patrick"

If that didn't tell you everything you need to know:

"The Rule of Three says that if a thing happens three times in a row, you either bet on the streak, or you don't bet at all." (p. 87)

Really, the guy it seems have written at least a couple more books on winning in the casino.

Baccarrat is 90% of Macau casino play and about 70% in Singapore if I remember the numbers correctly. It would turn the casino world upside down in Asia if there is anything of substance in the book.

Have you read the book or have you just Google the subject. Anyway there is some discussion on Bac tournament play on Ken BJ Tournament website already. Ken's BJ tornament strategy is a must read and some parts of it is also relevent for other games.

Funny you should say that. in my last session I sence I was on a streak. So I raise my bet on the next 3 rounds and lost all 3 hands. So on the fourth round I drop back to my lower bet and you know what happen. I got a BJ.

Havn't seen you here for awhile and was wondering what happened to you. Welcome back.

Blackjack streaks and Baccarat streaks are different in my opinion. Blackjack, the cards can be messed up by other players hitting but in baccarat, its static, the dealer just deals them out and you can wager on either side. The rule of 3 does work in baccarat, but not every time. Can you guys point me towards Ken Smith's BJ tourney tips that can be applied to Baccarat? Thank guys.
