Banker bust strategy

Here is the story. I never play blackjack because i don't know the drawing rules, and i heard that others will curse and swear at you, if you make a wrong draw or stand decision.

I have a friend working as a dealer told me that baccarat is not a bad game if i don't want to play blackjack. I have been playing baccarat for 10 years not much win or losses. One day I went to one of the casino in our area, and lost 400-500 dollars in baccarat. There is a up $900 which i didn’t quit at the right moment, then comes the down $400-500.

When I was about to leave the casino, I saw an empty blackjack table. I ask the dealer if I can play? He say sure. I told him i don't really know how to play, I only play with friends on local 21 card games, and i only left $50. He told me its ok, and ask me if i ever see $50 can win up to $500. I laugh and thought, it is great if i can win $50 -$500 in baccarat, there is no way or slim chance that $50 can win $500. And if i win $500 i will leave immediately which cover my losses in baccarat.

Then the dealer told me don’t draw unnecessary, double my bet when banker bust because everyone knows banker start busting, and will continue to bust.

He told me his is quite good at black jack, he play at other casino and win $1000 plus.

Then i just follow his instruction every hand on draw hit surrender double split etc. 4,5,6 against banker 10, he suggest surrender or stand, he say banker will also bust, not every time is 20 count.

Then another guy joins our table, so it is dealer against 2 players. For the next 10 hands he is kind of playing against himself, he told me to draw stand double increase bet etc. The other guys seem to loss and start to place his bet with me. Then the dealer stop and ask me to open another hole or circle or whatever it call(sorry i just learn bj this year 2011). He told me don't play one player against 1 dealer, or those 7 players table. Ideally he suggests 2-4 players.

So my unit size is $25 or $50, sometime he will ask me to increase to $75. after any win of $50 or $75, will drop back to $25. I win $400, then some guys comes in and go, sometimes other guys open up to 3holes, then my earning drop back to $200. and I start to get a bit sad and worried. Then he told me not to count my chips, or i wont dare to bet when i suppose to increase my bet.

Ok, then i just follow for another 10-20 hands and start to win again and hit $500. So with my bad experience in baccarat, i know that i shouldnt be greedy since he promise that i can make $500 and he did it. I decided to leave in case i lost back everything. I thanks him and thinking of tipping him, but i think he doesn't need my little tips as he can make more from other casino.
I told him that he actually don't really need a job. He smile. I guess he know that he can be a professional.

I when back to the casino and didn't find him the next day, i guess he is busy at other casino making money. I try his method myself, it doesn't work anymore, maybe i didn't draw or stand correctly, which he says will mess up the flow of the banker bust game. I didn't employ any basic strategy anyway.

Does anyone know his method? I tried basic strategy with banker busting betting doesn't work too.i believe his method is not pure luck, he promise me $500 before even we start playing, that show how confident he is.

I have do a check on the casino blackjack system, they are using 6deck csm, with no discard tray.

Ok, so I've edited my response to this (6) times so I don't get banned temporarily or permanently like our friend Zen. All I'm going to say is knowledge is power....

My New System

I was at Borgata yesterday, I saw an empty table, i cashed 1000 dollars, first bet 50, i win, second bet 100, i win, third bet 200 i win, fourth bet 400, i win. Me hungry, i go eat delicious food. I come back me bet 50, win, me bet 100, win, me bet, 200, win, me bet 400, lose. Me think i ate too much, me go to bathroom, come back, me bet 400 win, me bet 200 win, me bet 100 win. Me leave happy. Me discovered a great system

The will curse and swear at you when you make the right decisions also.

I suggest previewing before submitting your post. Counting on a csm is all but useless. Dealer bust strategy is terrible unless the dealer is busting...haha. Bet adjustment strategies that raise and lower bets that are not based on house edge changes raise your chances to win some money at the cost of losing more money less often. The higher your bet in a negative EV game the quicker you should expect to lose money. A few of the basics that should show you he was hoping you would be lucky(you were) and tip him big(most people would have).


If there was any truth to what he was saying it was "in other casinos" because its not true with the rules you described. He was hoping you would buy his bs. My advice to you, If you bought his bs, go buy a BS card(basic strategy card) and follow its advice.
