Hello, i play in a casino with no hole card but if you DD or Split you only loose the first bet, and with surrender against any card except Ace, of course there is no peek , that is Early or Late Surrender ???
and in CVBJ the option "early surrender against 10s " its accurate with this rules??
thanks for any help

Yes, this would be equivalent to Early Surrender against 10. Where is this casino?

Its usually not the "standard procedure" to take your origanal bet only(OBO) on no hole card(NHC) games, however you do see it. This is Lsr, but what happens if you Sr on a Ten and he has a BJ?

Just wondering if theres 2 different variations of Lsr?

1)Where you can Sr against a BJ w/a Ten

and/or

One, where you may not.

Southamerica.
why?
sounds good?
If they only take one bet and it is late surrender vs. 10 it's a good game, depending on other rules. I recently traveled in South America and found nothing but crap rules in Uruguay and Argentina, but there were some very beatable games for other reasons.

if the dealer have a BJ it`s after the surrender (can`t peek) so if she or he have or not a BJ it`s the same end
Lsr means Late surrender????

If the dealer gets a blackjack, and you have bust a split hand during the game, do you get the split wager on the busted split back?

If YES: the casino's hole card rule is Original Bets Only. This is mathematically equivalent to the US game (with hole card).

If NO: the casino's hole card rule is Busted Bets Plus One. This is about 0.03% worse for the player than Original Bets Only.

The surrender rule (you can surrender against anything except a dealer ace, and the dealer does not check for BJ) is Early Surrender Against Tens. This is the same surrender rule that they have in Macau.

If the dealer have a BJ in a split hand I loose the original plus the busted (only if bust) but not the split no bust hand or DD . Do you know the change in advantage for that??

OK, your Hole Card Rule is therefore "Busted Bets +1" (BB+1). This increases the house edge by 0.03%

Would a "BB+1" rule significantly change whether you should, say, hit or stand 16 v 10 after a split?
With those rules, that situation should never even come up. Just surrender 88vT. If surrender isn't offered, just hit or stand depending on the count.
