Basic strategy question

#1
Where I play blackjack the rules are atlantic city style. 6-8 decks, doubling after splitting, player may double any 2 cards, dealer must stand on soft 17 and late surrender is allowed. Without surrendering allowed, I read that basic strategy with these rules yields a house edge of only .36, I was wondering if anyone knew what the house edge was if surrendering was allowed in these situations.....

Check out this site for you answers http://wizardofodds.com/blackjack. Assuming your .36 is correct, subtract an additional .07, which would get you .29 for the game.
