Can't get my count

I hope someone an help me here. I went to the casino today to count cards for the first time but i could never get the count right. The shoe that is used, is electronic. The sealer puts the cards back into the shoe after every 2 hands or more often than that, I know the count is supposed to reset after the shoe is shuffled but I don't know when the shuffle because every time the cards are put in the whole machine rumbles(don't know if thats shuffling it).
1 of the shoes jammed today where i was playing and the dealer took off the top and I could see the cards in groups rotating around the shoe.
Please can someone tell me when I should reset the count, I got up to +18 and stayed high for a while but never got any cards that were supposed to come out

I hope this isn't a serious post, but just in case it is, you can't count against a CSM! The only exception would be if you have a dealer who forgets to feed the cards back into the machine and runs through the entire 4 decks. I actually saw that happen once. Unfortunately it was before I started counting cards.

On the other hand, I don't know why this surprises me. I just read that 32% of Russians think the sun revolves around the earth.

Hmmmm, Maybe the O.P. is Russian?

Most of the casinos I have seen that have CSM also offer hand shuffle or ASM at other tables. Make sure your casino doesn't have these, and if they don't, then yes, you should find another casino.
