Counting ACes VS. How Many Decks are left?

Hello Everyone in the Latest issue of BJ Newsletter they show a system of counting aces and then seeing how many decks have been played out, and it shows an actual player edge in some situations. Can anyone run a sim to show what the ideal betting spread would be if you were only counting aces VS. How many decks have been played with these rules.

6 Decks, Double on any two cards, DAS, RSA, BJ Plays 3:2

Don't know what BJ Newsletter is. But if they are suggesting that anyone should use a system like this, the fewer people that have heard of it, the better.
