I would recommend you get CBJN. It is probably the best source of information available for playing conditions.
I play alot of Indian casinos in the Midwest and conditions are very slow to change from year to year. However, pen is probably the one condition that is the quickest to change, but even pen stays the same at many casinos year in and year out. If you don't want to pay for a copy of CBJN get the free sample copy. It is only 1 year old and alot of the information is still very valid. Here is link. I believe the Wizard of Odds has the current casino rules without pen also for free which he gets from CBJN.
Don't waste your money on that garbage. Associates have let me peek at it for free before, and the few places it is accurate on, it is easy enough to get information on anyway.
CBJN useful? If you're going to LV, sure. If you're a Midwest Player, keep your money!
Woefully inaccurate in many instances, both in favor of and in detriment to the player, depending on the entry.
