Apparently so, and it's starting at only $20!

This guy is also selling great books like Blackjack Attack, Blackbelt in BJ, Shuffle Tracking for Beginners, and many many more:

You can also find many of these books on Half.com for reduced prices. You might want to mention that to Santa this year...

I would guess that he's not an authorized reseller then, huh?

He's also selling CVBJ V4. Maybe you should drop him a line.

I got this reply from the seller:

No it does not say Demo Software. It is the official software with green manual. I paid for it in full. I did a google search for an image of CVCX so I wouldn't have to take a picture. I did not realize that the picture said Demo Software until now.

He does have perfect feedback, so I'd say it's probably ok.

Is this the same software you used to create your spreadsheet masterpiece Sonny?
I used CVData which provides many more options and and output data. CVCX is a more simplified program for running sims. It makes comparing strategies very easy and comes with quite a few calculators (optimal betting, various risk, bankroll and outcome formulas).

I don't think CVCX gives the frequency distributions of counts and their advantages. I'm sure Norm can confirm/deny that.

I don't see anything wrong with someone selling something they bought on ebay.If QFIT disagrees,I'd like to hear his reasons.
I don't see it as any different then me trying to sell an unwanted "Theory of Blackjack" or a leftover Casino Guide.

Where did I say that?

I think you need to read the thread again.

What are the chances that this guy tried counting and lost big-time rather early on in his career and gave up?

This should be proof that counting is not what people think it is.

There is a solid chance that he tried counting and lost a nice bit of money. That is the reality of card counting for amatuers, and sometimes good card counters.

But if you make sure you have a really low ROR, and you dont make any errors, can find good games, etc, then the chance of going broke drops considerably. You need to be prepared if you want to make it card counting, because it's not easy...
