Hi, I'm trying to generate with CVindex the expected values of hitting, standing, splitting and doubling when I have two cards of the same rank (ENHC rules, so I'm having difficulties findind these values)
CVindex gives me though only the expected value of splitting and standing, thus sometimes telling me to split when hitting would be better (for example A,A vs A has a negative EV for splitting and a slighty positive EV for hitting, but cvindex tells me to split because the EV for standing is less that the EV for splitting...)
How can I make the program tell me the expected value of hitting and doubling too?
