Thanks, I had read that article. While it is certainly probable this will lose in the end I wanted to test it. Noone has ever published a sim as far as I know.
The results are what they are .... for 250K hands
Hope you had fun spending the $2,500. roulette money.
Here's a simulation program just for Oscar's grind that I found here on BJinfo. http://www.blackjackinfo.com/bb/showthread.php?p=147988

$30,000 Betting System Challenge

I am so confident that betting systems don't work I'm putting my money where my mouth is. I will wager $30,000 against your $3,000 that your betting system can't beat the house. (Or I'll wager my $10,000 against your $1,000, if you prefer.)

#30,000.00 challenge

I have noticed on several occasions that this offer does not include the game of blackjack. In as much as this is a blackjack forum, why is it applicable here?

I'm sure Michael would be happy to include BJ in the challenge, although the Gambler's Fallacy should be enough proof to save people some time and money.

This is the Voodoo Forum. We discuss voodoo systems for any casinos game. I believe we have a few threads on baccarat and roulette in here as well, although the content is all the same. It doesn't matter what the rules of the game are as long as the house has the edge.

I live in Oklahoma and play every day in Oklahoma. choctaw and Cherokee casinos do not use continuous shuffle machines. They may have a table or two using such a device, but most tables are 6 deck shoes and table limits range most often $5 to $300 or at times $500. Antes are common and vary but usually are 50 cents per hand, but there are many, many casionos that suspend the ante on certain days, weeks or even months. If one looks around they can play with no ante at all and some games are not terrible. I often play at one that is 6 deck with only one deck cut off. It hits 17 and has late surrender. Split any pair, double anything and double after split up to four hands. Comps are not based upon anything whatever except time you play and you are awarded $8.00 per hour in comps for playing. You can take your comps for food, etc just like anywhere or you can pull your compls out in chips to play, but must play such money on days when antes are in force. Still, it is free comp money and you can get lucky even with the ante...sometimes. Do not play against any ante except with earned money because the ante will kill a small time counter.
