The first question I have is , Can anyone tell me what the KO Full matrix is for a 5 deck game with DAS, LAte surrender as the book only contains 1,2,6,8 deck full matrixs
There can be even more accurately generated KO Full matrices for specific # of decks, rules, conditions, etc. etc. but the practical result from trying to generate a 5deck full table vs. using the published 6d one would be negligible.
I can't find the matrix to see what the differences are, but using the 6 deck matrix won't hurt you that much if at all. To begin with you're using a RC to make playing decisions so all the index plays will be off at one point or another. The 6 deck ones should be almost exactly what you need.
