They just put in a Chuck-a-Luck game. Pretty cool, I've never seen one before.

Chuck a luck, aka Bird cage

Bird Cage will not last because Asian gamblers (Foxwoods' bread and butter) prefer Sic Bo over Birdie.

Sic Bo aka "Treasures to be found in dice"

The bird cage had been a big sucker game decades ago in Nevada casinos...until a lesser sucker game (Sic Bo, Asian gamblers' favorite) comes along.

NYNY had a chuck a luck game 2 years ago. Right at the bottom of the escalator. Might still be there?

Foxwoods

HI AM --- I was at the Fox the other night and in speaking to one of the dealers he said that some 45 of the pit crews werelaid off . Some were givin a package . The place was quite empty with many open seats both at the $15 and $ 25 tables -- The spanish games only had 3 to 4 customers at most of the time .-- This was during the week -- The weekends are also somwhat slow but are usually crowded

The cuts were very favorable producing a prodcutive night not much heat at all

The chuck a luck cage reminded me of the games at the Church Feasts

I made $900 in two hours using the Martingale on Sic Bo the first time I saw it. I'd bet $2 on #3 and it seemed everytime it didn't show up for a few spins and I'd have a big bet out, it would hit a double or even a triple.
I even had a pit guy eyeing me when I hit 2 triples with $25 out in about ten minutes. I honestly was thinking I'd quit at $1,000 and come back and do it again tomorrow. Then a drought hit and it was as if they removed the threes from the die. Wiped me out, but I still remember what I was thinking about making a grand a day. When I got back to NY, I bought a book on BJ and one on poker.
