When I started my Card Counting career, I had a fairly small bankroll… $2,000. As it grew, I was betting more and more money, and was actually really thrilled when I got to experience my first backoff. It was like I had officially entered the elite club of professional card counters! But as my welcome slowly wore off at casinos, so did the thrill of getting backed off. I was quickly making a decent living off the local casinos, and I hated to see any of them shut their doors to me. But it’s a part of the job.
