Hi-Opt II bet spread

This question is also along the lines of other counts and index numbers. How do you configure your bet spread w/ the count. I'm guessing a TC of +3 may mean something different if you're using a Hi-Opt II count as opposed to Hi-Lo or some other 2nd or 3rd level count. So how do you figure out what the adjustment is?

I would suggust that you buy the book wherein the count of your choice is presented. That's the easiest way. Or use a simulator.
